By the present of technology in learning, I believe that it will enhance the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. It will also change the way the pupils will learn. Internet for example will enable the pupils to communicate with others who live in the other part of the world easily. Video conference, online discussion and also forums that exists a lot in the internet will enable the pupils to share and have discussion with many people in the same time as easy as ABC. As for the teachers, the presents of technology helps them a lot in their work since by using technology, the teaching process will be more effective and interesting. By sharing ideas with teachers of all around the world, teachers can enhance and vary their teaching style and also teaching methods. Other than that they can also have discussion or shared their opinion with anyone ranging from the pupils themselves to even the professors in universities.
For those who have read this, I'm sure that you will have your own view on how technology changed the learning style of students. As I'm not a techno-savvy person, here we will help each other to develop our skill in this area. I think it is really necessary for us to gain as much knowledge and skills in technology so that when we go out for teaching in the future we will be well prepared. video conferencing(though i've never tried yet)could be a "wow" factor if it is used in the classroom among teachers and students. forum- like u said: is growing like mushroom. one can definitely learn from online discussions or tutors as sharing ideas are common thru such platform. the globalization and endless information world have helped us a lot in our learning process.
students have more freedom to choose which means of learning they are preferred, and with the latest info-updated on the net: of course internet is the most widely accepted by all lavel of age.
